Yeah. Trust me. I just got back from puerto rico and it is a hell hole. Ive always hated easement but the easement there is ungodly. They got 3 different construction companies down there just trying to get the sh*t done. All 3 companies were turning over about 25 miles a week to be swept on an excellent week combined. then divide that by 5 sweepers and a couple eol guys. So you make your decision. i give it to the construction companies down there. they are truly doing the best they can. but i would rather be here in the snow.
