If you are refering to the underground work for the FTTP there are a few companies currently working it. The highest paying contractor is S&N communications. They are paying per line item not composite. If you are drilling, check the const/tech jobs adds. I believe there was a company paying pretty good composite rates for drills. Hope this helps!
