Just an observation; as a sub I did two jobs for X Satellite through a local (MD) office who found the jobs. My contacts with X Satellite reminded me of
Prime TV and Installs Inc.. It is time to check to see if I was paid for both jobs.
Anyhow, the X Satellite support seemed OK with missing components from the equipment shippment to the cx...we'll just send another multi switch and reschedule the job.(or you can donate,give and kiss goodby) a multi switch. Most attempts to reach them were routed back to a sales office.
