Re: a shell of it's former self

In 1975, when I started in this business, a 'good dawg' (installer, lineman, splicer) could write his own paycheck - whether inhse or sub. Today a 'good dawg' only commands what the "hack" or the MSO lets him command!!!!!!!!!!
