I never forget how important my crews are. You are right things have changed. It's rough even for the Prime sometimes, depending on prices. We dont bid the contract out we take what is pre-determined and hope and pray it works out. Its hard to leave an industry we all have put money, blood, sweat, and, tears into. The last hope we all have is that we have good people on our teams, that want to make it happen as bad as we do.....then treat them as they desrve to be treated, and celebrate, and reward, them for a job well done. Sorry you are so fed-up, I dont blame you, we alll have seen it all, it's the nature of the beast.
