Wow?

Reliable source on that post? That's awful if it's truth - there are so many cable guys/gals down there and band-aiding things trying to help and make a living at the same time, and then sent on their way so the "big guys" can go in and clean house? There is something wrong with that picture...seems like it should be the other way around! Just my penny's thought....
