Re: Advise----> Question---->

Ahh,  A man after my own heart.... :-)

Unfortunatly, he's in another state.  His 2 business partners are in the
same state as me, though.
I don't have a problem with the other two... In fact one is a dear friend.
I'd really like to maintain those 2 friendships.... As a matter of fact, I won't
do anything to damage that.   Loyalty has to start somewhere.

My issue is with the first guy... I thought he was a friend, but I guess I was
mistaken...

If I go to Small Claims Court, will the jurisdiction issue be in his favor...??
I've saved every bit of correspondence between the 2 of us.... It definately
shows the agreement and intent.

Ya know the real drag about his...???  The whole problem is derived from
his lack of knowledge of web design and his unwillingness to admit to that..
I never held the fact that he knows little about web design against him,
but I guess he has an issue with it....
Or he just doesn't want to believe me... I dunno....

I put a lotta work in this particular website and now that it's done, I'd sure like
to be paid for it......I realize that I might have to take it in the butt over this...
I guess I just don't want to..... Know what I mean...??

Anyway, thanx for the input....
