A very good friend/co-worker of ours worked for Utillicomm. The ONLY way he got paid was to hire a lawyer and put pressure on. Others on his same job did NOT get paid, and should've went the same route. We had a job through them, but our friend gave us his whole story, and we decided it wasn't a great idea to have to fight for our money and wait. He waited approximately 6 months, and yet had to pay out ALOT of money to his workers.
