Thanks for the observation, the hooks are on there. I seldom ever use them. If I can't hook the pole, and I have to drag the ladder out, I still have my hooks and belt on. One foot on the ladder , one gaf in the pole and I'm settin in the saddle. I like to be comfortable on the pole. The only time I turn the ladder hooks around is if my big butt can't reach it. CCG has never complained to me about anything to do with my work. Thanks for your reply though. "WHITFIELD"
