Thanks for the observation, the hooks are on there. I seldom ever use them. If I can't hook the pole, and I have to drag the ladder out, I still have my hooks and belt on. One foot on the ladder , one gaf in the pole and I'm settin in the saddle. I like to be comfortable on the pole. The only time I turn the ladder hooks around is if my big butt can't reach it.
