I have to say that they never paid us according to terms and would never even discuss the contract when we had issues where they were clearly in breach of the contract. We always got the " Well, this is New Orleans and the laws here are a little different when it comes to big, influential companies like Cox". Their current Mayor used to be a big wheel with Cox so I would imagine there is still a cozy relationship there.
Knowing what I know now, I personally wouldn't do work for them.
