try uelc (utilitiy electric leasing company) out of york pennsylvania, you can find their # at cableyellowpages.com you can get a f-450 with a 29 versalift for 1470$ a month + 6.5% sales tax, there are no mileage charges and they pay all maitenence including tires and brakes, hope this helps
