I think they were out of Florida? I had some dealings with them during the Charter buildouts in Alabama in 2002, but haven't seen or heard from Jaime or any of them since then. I have a business card in my office from C2C, and will forward you that information.
Last time I saw Jaime he was pulling strand in Montgomery on a 4 wheeler. I should have taken a picture!
