Thank you for your kind words. I see a lot of ads on this site, most of which are paying by the hour. I assume that maybe this is for the storm damage and not how it regularly works? My guys are doing aerial reconstruction and they are good at what they do so the guy trying to pull the wage take away on them backed off of it. One of the guys knew him and we are all from the same state and area so we didnt insist on a contract up front. Big mistake I see now with the help of this board. Live and learn I guess. My guys dont plan to travel with this guy so now we know what to do in advance of any more moves. Thanks all....
