Are they for real?

I am seeing help wanted for storm damage that is paying over $100.00 per hour. Are these offers legit?
Also, we just sent a crew to work for an un-named contractor. When the crew arrived to start work this morning. They were told that they would be paid $5.00 less per hour than promised. What can you do with dishonest people like that?
Help anyone?
