Good Morning all, Adm. does what it must, to control the masses.When things get out of hand someone has to deal with it. Its like this folks ,you don't tug on supermans cape, you don't spit in the wind, enough said. Being a resident of South Florida, I'm sitting here this morning with my mouth hanging open, so to speak. I'm watching the weather channel, this well formed storm churning my way. For many years I've chased hurricanes, now I beginning to wonder are they chasing me (not literally) why Florida??? #4. When Andrew crossed the Gulf Stream, thats when all hel. broke loose. I got to Admit I'm worried about this one. I believe this storm is stronger than they are telling us. I think they just don't want to panic people, worse than they already are. It looks in apperance like a cat 4. They lied about Andrew,until it passed. Then they came back to tell us about wind gust over 200mph. Catostropic damage. I just hope it doesn't take the roof off, or put all the boats in the canal behind the house in it. I remember all the boats destroyed by Hugo, in Charelston South Carolina, it looked like a child had thrown a temper tantrum with plastic boats in the bath tub. Its a scary thought. I can still see all the destroyed boats totaled at Swaggert Shipyard, in Charelston, over 400 of them. This area in South Florida has ten times the amount of boats as Charelston. My old boat the Captn. Dustin a 48ft trawler went down off Charelston in Hugo, it was a total loss. I'm worried about storm surge flooding, we got lucky with our location during Frances as we had the back side winds blowing west to east,kept the water out. I got a feeling we aren't going to be so lucky this time. My prayers go out to everbody down south here, as thats the only hope we have here (PRAYERS) . I hope everbody reading has a good day, We wil see how long the Comcast internet stays on this time. See Ya "WHITFIELD"
