I was in Miami in 83'. Was called Billy back then. Was on an in-house crew out of Homestead (Ameri-Cable) building the dual system jiont venture with TCI. Worked with a guy named Rick. Dont remember the McDonalds thing. Wonder if i'm the Billy to whom you refer??????
