Sounds like a cylinder blow by in the pressure switch. Try a cap nut on both hydralic lines,after you get your baskett level. it should remain the same up and down. If not its possibly a bad ground or an actuator problem,how old is your unit. You can also call Time Manufacturing in Waco Texas. There # can be found under trucks & equipment,in www.cableyellowpages.com. If they can't tell you call Rick Jolley at Jolley Service and Equipment co.in Cowpens South Carolina. If still no satisfaction call Standard Truck and Equipment Co in Atlanta Georgia. I all else fails call me and I'll try to walk you through some test. "WHITFIELD"
