Like everyone else has commented on, factoring is a tough road to go, but there are some some reputable groups out there. I worked for a prime where 90% of our subs factored through 'Facteon' based in Atlanta. They worked closely with us and were current with payout on documentation we signed off on.

I dealt primarily with Dinah (888-673-3863) who was very responsive to our requirements and actually cared about her real clients. (the people doing the work...you)

As a stop gap measure sometimes factoring can get you through the tough times, but is certainly not something to be used long term. Be careful and good luck.
