In Channel Frequency Response

Recently, we completed our field proofs for the FCC. I did fine in every area with the exception of the "In Channel Frequency Response". I still passed, but my levels were about 3 tenths higher than in the spring (normally I run at about .3-.5). Could any of you add any input as to what these tests are actually checking, and if there is anything that I can look out for in the plant to lower them. By the way, I did not have any issues with my variance tests or with the C/N, CSO, or CTB sweeps.
