Are ya contract or an employee? If you contract ya basically got to suck it up.. employee's might have a leg to stand on but these days who the hell knows.
Big thing to remember is things being as sad as they are now most companies know that they can pretty much dictate anything they want cuz they figure everyone's expendable and there's 10 people waiting in line for the job you have....yada yada yada.
Lot more people leaving the business than getting started and there's a reason for it.
