Ditch Witch R100 Tires Needed

I am in dire need of a tire for our Ditch Witch R100 Plow - the size is 45X21.5X16.1
It is an I3 tire and 14 ply
we need a preferably new tire but would settle for an old one as long as it could last for one month - we have found a place to buy one but it would take a month to be ready.
