You can find plenty of rooms in Florida in the summer, regardless of the hurricane. However, you may need to drive 45 minutes to an hour to get one depending on where you're working at. Power is coming back on in many of the inland struck areas but not so in the Charlotte Harbor area. I live in Tampa and that's whats being reported locally. Best of luck.
