We are getting about the same. Some companys in the U.S. went to cutting ben. and ins. of their in-house to save money also took 75% of the bucket trucks from them too. Up-keep to high so every Tom Dick and Harry started companies and none have proper ben. and ret. They also underbid and go under very quick or file for Ch. 11 or 13 whatever it takes. I heard one guy say he was getting 14 dollars an hour our office staff makes that and loves it. The field crews get about $26.00 an hour and everybody is happy in the field and at the office. I would never climb a ladder or a pole for $14.00 an hour let alone break earth. Good Luck and stay honest it pays off in the end.(wave)
