Be a bit more exact on your saying that Lindsay was the first to sell Push-Pull amp. The first Push-Pull CATV amplifier was introduce by VIKOA in the year 1968 - 1975 and Jerrold was the first to put in the market. If your latest IC has a 2.5 dB noise figure, how comes Motorola say their has a 11 dB Noise fig. One more thing you mentionned 15 amps passing you should mention that you want us to place this amp. in an old housing that were capable of only passing 10 amps. You also mention that Lindsay and Benco amp., it so happen that I did rechear in those amp. year ago and believe it or not, they were no so super amplifier, specially BENCO which feed the bridger thru a splitter on like other that used a dir. coupler. Like I said before, I have been in this industry for over 47 year and seen some goog not so good amp. in my day. By the way the first gentleman to talk to me about Push-Pull amplifier was Don Dworking which was a brillant eng. working for Vikoa.
