Sweetie...settle down...this is how you build a private cable system. It is the same as what the cable companies build to operate thier systems, but on a much smaller and privately owned scale....but it is cable. All TV related companies have to have dishes so they can get programming from the birds up in outer space. When you build little private systems you are an MSO too. This is not the same as installing Dish or Direct TV, although you can choose to use those dishes and the programming that comes with them, there are many other options. By this response I mean no disrespect to you or anyone else, I just wanted to clarify this is SMATV or MATV. Now SMATV stands for Satellite, Master Antenna, Television, and MATV is just Master Antenna TV. Either way, both are also known as Private CATV systems.
