I have it from a very good source, David Mitchell, that Sparks HAS received a settlement from Prime TV / DTV in excess of $750,000.
Sparks has, as of yet, not contacted nor paid any of its installers to whom it owes money.
David owes us about $8000.00 and will not return our calls. This is going on since Prime TV went under.
We have contacted our lawyers and they have advised us to file suit.
I would advise any individual or company to contact your attorneys ASAP.
Looks like they will be just another statistic like Prime Star LLC.
Poor David (Sparks) & Debbie (PrimeStarr) will be paying out $ to everyone for eternity.
