These crooks cost me a huge amount of splicing money. If I ever get back into cable I will have a few non negotiable items; No retainage , one week out on pay , no ground rods / bonding, and no restrictions on access to parts in the warehouse. Oh well , it looks like I will never work as a sub splicer ever again .
