Title: Certification Technician

Reports To: Construction Manager

Qualifications: Prior CATV/TELCOM certification experience to
include the following:


· Node optimization

· Forward and reverse activation

· System frequency response

· System distortion performance C/N CTB CSO

· Reverse ingress suppression


Assignment: To provide technical certification and documentation of the contractor or contractors assigned the task of rebuilding/upgrading the project. Utilizing company provided vehicle and test equipment.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to drive (locally) between multiple job locations, deal with multiple contractors and provide written details of daily work activity.

This is not a contract position. Selected candidate will be a Scientific Atlanta employee.
