Have you tried removing the agc's to see if the W-9 & W-10 strips have been cut & removed. If you are running an agc in the amp, both of those need to be cut & removed. Countdown made a good point about those strip lines. I honestly never had to tweak anything in these amps, but i cut most of them in and made sure they were set up right to begin with.
