Try Corning or Fitel General (if they still exist) I have a old
Fitel spec book that has specs for bend radius they have
two specs Static (after placed) and Dynamic (while pulling)
most cables are 10xod at Static and 15xod under Dynamic
I would call who ever the maker of your fiber is for their
specs.
