Try getting hold of a BICSI publication called "Telecommunications Cabling Installation, 2nd Edition" This should address most of your minimum bend radius items. Each new reel of fiber is shipped with a "Cable Reel Data Sheet" that has specific technical data pertaining to that particular fiber such as Refractive Index, dB/km losses at 1310 & 1550nm, etc. These sheets are supposed to be retained by the network owner along with all of the certifying docs for the life of the network. These will help with Loss Budget items. For more specific data concerning chemical makeup, dispersion, etc you may try calling Corning Cable Systems in Hickory, NC. They have on-call engineers that may assist you. They used to be sharp guys a few years ago. Hope this helps. Let me know if I can be of assistance.
