White Mountain was probably THE best catv construction company to work for at one time. Unfortunately when the word gets out about something good like that it tends to draw out the lower end of the food chain! There management is absolutly pathetic. They have inherrated (sp) some real weasles. There project managers and so called engineers will change the rules so fast on you your head will spin! None of them has any real managment training, so with them its just the good ol, boys club and you are either in or out.period. They base there opinions on rumors, they will not stand behind you when it comes to the customer.(Everyone in this buisness knows the MSO's can be very difficult to appease!) Although practices like this are done everyday in any buisness,Wmcc is very blatent about it. They will play games with documentation to cover there own asses, right down to employee personal files! Anyone who has worked for them will tell you the company died when Smiley and Dennis left!(The 2 original owners).
