i dont really think the msos care. i see **** work everywhere.
if they cared they would regulate who is working in there systems and make everybody be certified to do his job.
until then everybody is going to keep hiring the greenhorns and paying them **** pay to get the numbers. just cuz we are a bunch of lazy fulks and wanna make money off the other guys labor. some places found that by hiring border jumpers they can make even more money off another guys labor.

ps splicers if ya would please make sure when your done temping an amp and ya do final activation, please put the pads that came from the factory back in it.
