Say you got a 8 db pad in the interstage of a le. Just know what the factory spec for levels are on each different active. Pad input correctly for this level and figure out the rest from there. If you miss this padding on output or interstage by a db or a half who cares. What is a db amonst friends. And for proof of performance test how are the gonna know by that test that the interstage or an output pad is a little off?
