AT LEAST 20 AN HOUR. Do you also do the mantenance on the drill rig ? or do you hold the monitor? Dude you can get what ever you want if your aggressive and honist....put your notice in and tell them your price.... if your that valuable they will pay it....but dont be surprised that the world will still turn with out you...lol....Dig on brotha...
