Help with Leakage rideout prices

I am doing 100 miles or so of cold splice and have just been asked to do the leakage ridout upon completion also. Can anyone tell me how long it generally takes (on good splicing) and what the going Sub rate would be? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
