I bought A Open Box Hd Reciver from Circut City I was asssured it wold work or they would give me another one.
I took it home it did not work on my new 60 inch tv.
I called they said they would exchane it I took it to the store & they did not have another one.
I talked to the manager and he found another one two week's later.
I went down and got it and it does not work on the composit in cable's just like the other one. I called the CEO up north and he told me they would not exchange it for the New model which cost's the same?
They told me to come down and they would give me 50 dollars and A refund.
I just want one that work's.
Circut City sales people will tell the CX anything for A sell. I know because I did A lot of work for them. Samsung will not repair the T151 as they say it is over two year's old. Plus they said open box stuff is not covered. But Circut City say's it is.
