Attention Mr Sessions,
To the best of my knowledge, this is a cable forum, not a place to discipline your installers.
Public disciplining of any person, contractor or employee, depicts qualities of a VERY POOR MANAGER!!
This public display of humiliation, should not be tolerated by these contractors, as well as your upper management!!!
This should have been done in private, or by memo, "NOT" in public.
This display of yours, leads me to not only question your management skills, but anyone in your upper management that allowed this RUDE display!!!
I am currently considering not doing any more business with your stores, if this how you do business. Do you also treat your employees the same way, I think not, due to current laws. I will also NEVER recommend anyone to work for you, or any of your stores, if this is how you treat people.
Good luck to you, and I hope someday you find employment that best suits your attitude, because this is not the right job for you.
