I'm not sure if the tech's were aware of a "memo". It sounded like they encountered situations beyond the normal hazards we see each day. Low pay or not, my hat is off to them. I hope no tech feels that the pressure to earn a buck is so great that he takes risks well above the norm. Maybe the customer needs to feel pressure to resolve blatant unsafe conditions, or pay handsome rates to enable us to afford the needed precautions.
