If Circuit Citys' prices are low, they will get low quality help. You get what you pay for if you don't you go somewhere else for help. The industry is in a low business cycle right now so customer satisfaction will go to an all time low. All stores will suffer including Best Buy, Sears, Radio Shack and a few more.
