If you have a problem with some of your installers, shouldn't you be adressing them. Not displaying a pooh chewing to the whole country. Last I looked this was the cable bar, not the circuit city complaint bar. Your unprofessionalism in this matter is one more reason I will shop at Best Buy.(usa)
