In other words if the installer is honest and admits that the salesman sold him crap he doesnt really need than fire the honest person not the thief , if a customer has a hard time learning a system that was sold to them you will get dinged if you rush teaching them and are on time for your next call or take your time and are late for your next call. how about when the salesman promises you can fish 6 walls and do an attic crawl in 10 minutes ? maybe you should survey circuit city on the honesty of their sales practices first and go from there.
