I think it safe to say that this calimomma person, TOTALLY missed the point of the thread. Must not be an installer of any sort, just a visitor to this bar I would say.
But I too am sorry for our fallen comrad, and what really sucks is that he was doing this "unnecessary" custom work for free.
I just hate those customers that feel like they deserve something "better" for free because they feel like their money makes them "better". Those that raise hell about paying for custom work are usually the same ones that have money oosing out their a*ses.
He was doing his very best to accomidate them and he "paid" the ultimate "price".
