Let me tell something about United, atleast the contract that they were running in Orlando for TWC at the time(now it's Brighthouse). They would hire anybody, and I mean anybody, I knew a couple of there tech's personally and on Friday when the paychecks would be given out, if you got one they would literally race to the bank to cash the checks because there main office would not have enough money in the acct to cover payroll. They had the highest rate of, damages/complaints, and missing converters. I went to there office one time and it was a dump, and all the tech's that were in the office at the time that I was in there had a look on there face like that was the last place they wanted to be. Maybe it was just that office, on that contract, at that point in time, but usually if there is that kind of atmosphere at one conract it tends to be company wide, or the owner's just don't give a **** about the contract. This was a couple of years ago, may they have changed?
