Nobody cut hot in philly for RCN . It was 100% cold splice new build with crappy GI gear. I personally spliced in tons of plant with each core leaving the thin film on the inside of the shield on every single core ( with a brand new coring tool ). Since everybody got thier own complete nodes to splice , we found out right away which splicers were having problems when the sweep techs went in. Me and my friends nodes almost swept 100% clean. All the other splicers nodes were sweeping nightmares due MOSTLY too loose backnuts ( along with the normal idiot crap like loose siezure screws , swapped legs , etc. ).
