1- Clean the center of any glue, this should be done with a plastic tool, and do not scratch the center conductor or you'll be in trouble, bad response, return response (5-40 MHz).
2- The connector has to grip on to the PVC and aliminum at the same time, this probably the only major problem with QR cable, this operation should be done with precision.
3- Attention when coring the inside foam as the aluminum is not as thick as P-III cable.
