Agreed! We too would see that techs would falisfy custom work, we took it as far as to the local authorities who was willing to accept this as a crime, extorsion etc. But the techs kept going. It is sad to say what I have seen as a owner is once again opportunist. The see a opportnity and they take thus hurting everyone else.
