This is standard across the country. All custom work has been eliminated. As a owner I am attempting to gve the tech all we can. But for a good office to be successfull you truly do have a back office expense. This is not only affecting our techs but the company as well. What I do not know is if the average tech realizes that there is a true office expense in doing this. I do realize that we as a company are only as good as our techs. I am really curious to see what the other subs across the county are paying, please email to me copies of other companies comp schedule. I really would like to do the right thing for my people.
