Apparently you are not aware that I posted that reply before his second post.

Considering his second post I would have to agree with what has allready been suggested... faulty wire - ecspecially since they noticed that some wire was "brittle".

19 out of 45+ miles - that sucks big time. I wonder if you could seek compensation from the manufacturer of the wire?
