mdu mini hub set up

working in mdu's. each mdu has its own mini hub feeding it. need info on setup for SA LE feeding mdu, using wavetek as transmiter.Any info would greatly appreciated, the headend guys here dont have a clue, they are drawing a fat salary, taking them 3-5 days to get it working, if it works then. They are slowing down progress while i'm starving!!! Its a shame when you have to rely on another fellas work to feed your family. Thanxs
